Recognition Certificates- Elementary

There are a variety of recognition certificates available for students and athletes who excel or deserve recognition in a fun and unique way. All student certificates include a FREE Small Slush. .  You can choose from Super Achiever, Sonic Scholar, Perfect Attendance and Athletic Achievement.    We supply a maximum of 200 TOTAL Student Certificates per semester per school.

Two Options for Certificate Distribution:
  1. PICK UP OPTION- Certificates are available for pick up at our Corporate Office (I-17 & Cactus) only.  It will take approximately 2-3 weeks for your certificates to be ready.
  2. MAIL OPTION- Certificates are available to be mailed to your organization address only.  It will take approximately 6 weeks for your certificates to be mailed.

This is NOT the pick up location for your certificates. Certificates are only available for pick up at our corporate office.

Please choose the from the following. There is a MAXIMUM of 200 TOTAL STUDENT CERTIFICATES PER SCHOOL PER SEMESTER. For example, you can order 100- Student Achiever, 50- Sonic Scholar and 50 Perfect Attendance. Or you would order 200 Super Achiever. You create the combination as long as it does not exceed 200 TOTAL PER SCHOOL PER SEMESTER. Not sure if you have already met your maximums with a previous order?
