Community First Cards

We will donate Sonic Community First Cards to your school or organization completely FREE. Each card is loaded with special deals at your local SONIC. Your organization must sell the value cards for $5 each and keeps 100% of the profits! There is no cost to your organization. Each card has over a $25 value in savings that you can use at any participating Sonic Drive-In. Here are the offers:

We will provide enough cards for each member of your group to sell 2-5 cards, depending on the size of our group.

A representative from your organization will be required to pick up the cards at our Main Office on I-17/Cactus. It takes a minimum 2-3 weeks from the time you order the cards until they are ready for pick up.

Community First Cards are distributed PER TEAM/GROUP. If you represent a large club or organization that oversees multiple teams/groups, please direct this form to the TEAM MANAGER/GROUP LEADER to place the order. If you do just represent 1 team/group, please proceed with the form.

By placing your order for our Community First Cards, you agree to launch this fundraiser within 2 weeks after receiving your cards. We ask this because our cards to have an expiration date that aligns with the date you ordered. If want to launch this fundraiser at a later date, please come back to us when you are ready.

We agree to pick up the Community First Cards at the Sonic of Phoenix Main Office located at 28th Dr between Cactus and Peoria.
We agree to promote the Sonic Community First Value Card fundraiser.
We agree to provide Sonic with sales information if requested.
We agree to sell the Sonic Community First Value Card for $5 each with 100% of the funds benefiting our organization.
The Sonic Community First Value Cards cannot be discounted or used as a prize/giveaway.
We understand the coupons offers listed on the Sonic Value Card are redeemable at participating Sonic Drive-In locations.
We agree to return any remaining cards to the Sonic Marketing Director at the end of the selling period.
Please allow a minimum 2 weeks to process your order.
